Operation
Rules
Only
the
workers
who
are
familiar
with
safe
operation
rules
and
maintain
demand
of
this
tension
machine
and
are
professionally
trained
could
be
allowed
to
operate.
(1)When
operating
tensioner,
you
shall
control
handle
and
adjust
pressure
steadily
and
avoid
over-violent
and
quick
force
and
brutal
operation.
When
tension
laying
,
special
attention
shall
be
paid
to
prevent
reducing
or
increasing
tension
to
a
large
extent
to
result
in
conductor
fluctuating
greatly
and
damaging
span
frame
and
other
buildings.
(2)
When
tensioner
works,
it
is
prohibited
that
operators
give
up
operating
or
leave
puller.
(3)
Both
operators
of
tensioner
and
puller
shall
communicate
each
other
to
avoid
that
puller
begins
to
work
under
operating
condition
of
tensioner
not
tension
laying
and
cause
serious
accident.
(4)
In
the
process
of
tension
laying
,
continuously
observe
each
pointer;
water
temperature
of
engine
shall
be
not
more
than
95℃;
hydraulic
oil
temperature
shall
be
not
more
than
85℃;
Oil-filling
pressure
shall
be
not
less
than
1Mpa
and
not
more
than
1.8Mpa;
brake
oil
pressure
shall
be
not
less
than
1.8Mpa
and
not
more
than
4Mpa.
Otherwise,
the
machine
shall
be
stopped
immediately
for
check.
(5)
Absolutely
prohibit
using
reverse
pulling
function
to
brake.
(6)In
the
process
of
tension
laying,
it
is
strictly
prohibited
that
brake
handle
is
put
in
brake
position;
otherwise,
serious
accident
will
be
caused.
(7)
Pressure
of
each
safety
valve
shall
be
preset,
avoid
random
adjustment!
If
accidents,
for
example,
tensioner
fails
to
work,
are
caused
from
adjusting
valve
without
permission,
it
will
bring
you
much
trouble
and
loss.
(8)
Regularly
check
the
fixed
bolt
of
the
nylon
sector,
prevent
loose
bolt
to
damage
the
wires
and
cause
unnecessary
losses.
(9)When
tension
stringing,
the
pull
handle
should
be
middle
position.
It
is
forbidden
to
throw
the
handle
to
prevent
to
cause
serious
accident
as
running
line.
(10)
When
tensioner
operates,
rotary
speed
of
engine
keeps
around
1200r/min
to
maintain
higher
power
and
prevent
overheating
of
hydraulic
oil.
(11)Under
operating
condition
of
driving,
to
change
driving
direction
of
tensioner
shall
be
carried
out
after
tension
pulleys
stop
completely.
