Sample testing method of mask flammability testing machine
1. Wear the tested sample on the metal headform, adjust the height of the metal headform, so that the vertical distance between the top end of the burner and the bottom end of the mask is 20±2mm, and then make the metal headform outside the burning area of the burner
2. After igniting the burner, adjust the flame so that the flame height is 40±4mm, and the flame temperature at 20±2mm from the top of the burner is 800±50°C
3. Start the metal head mold motion control device to make the measured sample pass through the combustion zone, and record the combustion of the mask material when passing through the flame
4. All outer surface materials of the mask should be tested repeatedly, and each part should be passed through the flame once
